Teamviewer is a great tool! After downloading and installing it, Teamviewer will give you a temporary ID and password. You share that information with the person you want to connect with and that lets the person take remote control of your PC. If for any reason you wish to terminate the connection, you just close Teamviewer and the person can't Re-connect EVER unless you give them a new ID and Password. Super convenient, super safe.
If that's not the path you want to take then as Monkey stated earlier you would be best deleting your Pokemon Uranium Folder (Or simply installing the game in a separate location) and try updating to the most current version again.
Essentially what we're trying to do in using these steps is determine 2 things.
1. A corrupted file in your Uranium Folder is throwing a false error before your save is loaded, causing the Corrupt save error
Or 2. The save is actually damaged and can't be used.

Backup your saves, don't lose progress!
