Before fully turning his attention back to Nathan, Kirlia does spare Malphena a rather...irritated look for those feelings directed towards Calam (and Dizzy by extension of the generalization).  After all, if it weren't for the two Absol, he and a bunch of other pokemon might not be standing here right now.

Calam just ignores Malphena.

Malphena was just casually indifferent towards Kirlia's irritation at her grudge and bitterness filled feelings toward Calam, as she was entitled to her own opinion of the Dark type (and of them in general) like he was, even if it wasn't a particularly flattering one. Its also sorta their fault she's so opposed toward the scarred mountain cat due to involving them to ward her off instead of not doing so, so really he should be unhappy with himself instead of her. You set the precedent, and you suffer the consequences, so don't get snippy at her, mister!
