Nope, I don't think so, and I actually like the quirk of Shiva being very distantly related to someone in the region she's now traveling. Annulla's a native citizan of Castlia City and Xanthodes...he started as a Trainer before he came to Castelia and the Medal Office where his future wife and Shiva's future mother works and settled down there, so let's say Virbank City?
