And finally, he puts Diving Without Pokemon: My Journey (Jacq Zangoosetaau, 1949) on the table.  (and for added comical effect, Zangoose Ditto is present too while Nathan's reading this.  And Kirlia is also hanging out with 'Kirlia' in the background, the two of them discussing/planning something.  Is Ventus confused now?  )

"...meaning we should probably get to it first.  There's...one problem, though.  We don't exactly have a lot of Dive users...and this Genesect fossil is deep, deep underwater.  As in, 311 clicks (or about 193 miles).  If we wanted to even attempt to get to it, we'd probably need the actual Dive HM...and that's gonna be like looking for a needle in a whole barn full of haystacks with no clues about where to start looking..."

Nathan looks at Heart...

"...oh...right, you...don't know what a Genesect is, do you?  It's...well, a very, very powerful bug type pokemon.  As in, it's a Legendary.  It's never been revived in its original form, though.  Those who revive it have always...altered it in some way.  Giving it extra arms, making it more muscular, attaching a cannon to its back, giving it weapons and armor of varying kinds...it's most often a Bug/Steel type since it's so easily and heavily modified by those that revive it.  And...the Scimitars are looking to make one of their own.  I don't think it's out of the goodness of their hearts, either...they already have blueprints, they just need the materials and maybe an intact fossil..."

Nathan frowns.

"...'course, we probably can't do much without a proper Dive HM...someone somewhere has to have some kind of clue as to where it might be..."

*Cue Heart chiming in about learning where Dive is, please!*

Unlike last time, the sociologist is fully paying attention to the Nathan as he informed the group about all the information concerning Genesect, listening to every word uttered by the young scholar with a quiet yet intense scrutiny. He didn't want to miss a single detail, so he commited all of it to amemory and began discetting the various discussed text/explaination for an morsel of useful intel to be gain. 

When Ditto Zangoose came out, Ven looks at them, then at the pair of Kirlia , before turning and raising an eyebrow at Nathan, not confused (Antheneum wierded him out too much for Confusion at this point) but clearly intrigued at this development. If no answers are forthcoming, then the researcher just ends up accepting it and shrugging it all off and resume listening intently to their lecture.

Like as of late, Ventus didn't comment or interrupt the boy's dialogue the entire length of it, but this time it was because he fully understood everything conveyed by them and didn't feel the need to comment, rather than simply being unsociable. That near run in with the Scimitars shook him out of that state rather....rudely, so horray for 'happy' happenstances?

"Gene...sect? Even I never heard about such powerfull pokemon. Who would dare to weaponized such magnificient being? Thats indeed a good mystery. Although I may have find the location of dive location." Then Heart takes out from his notebook a few notes he have made. "Here, I copy this information from the books Slowking have give to me. Since I want to discover and get all HMs I can find, being Fly my goal, I decided to ask Slowking such thing. If any of your guys could ask too Slowking about the location of Fly (Could you @Nylon?) I would be very much happy. Okay, here what is says:"

"Apparently, the last place of location was that island called Garlicburg...if I recall in Tandor, there is a Legendary pokemon called Garlikid, a Legendary Pokemon with the Grass/Fighting type. A very much powerfull one. A island with such name...we may have some problems there. Or not. Garlikid is in theory the defender of all pokemon kind, acting as some kind of "super hero" and freeing pokemon from humans hands, according to legends and myths I heard and read. We will problably have to prove our wortly in case meet him. A Glavinug I dont know what is. Problably some kind of rare Water-type in Tandor. I cant fetch with more of information about that."

However, the rare collecter's comment caused Ven to frown deeply, dark displeasure coloring his expression as he looked into the distance at no one in particular, and whispered: "......More people than I can to think about, Heart. Its a horribly explotatively thing to do, but that hasn't stopped those that seek true, unadulterated power for their own ends, nefarious , ill intentioned, unjustified or not...…."

At the reveal of HM Dive possibly being located somewhere in....Garliburg? , the researcher perked up from his melacholoic state and looked questioning at Heart, then at Nathan when he reacted with clear surprise, before asking them both: "......Could either you explain what is this 'Garliburg' place is in detail, and why its so well defended by this region's armed forces? And are you for certain that the HM Dive is there, and more over, that we will have to face another Legendary Pokémon in the process of obtaining it? If we are to begin a quest to obtain or protect that Genesect Fossil, I would rather we do so with all the Knowledge we can gather beforehand, and not put us all in.....undue risk in the process by going into it 'blind' ...." The last sentence was spoken in a dry tone and with a slight grimace, as the THOUGHT of going up against not only the military of the region but ANOTHER Legendary...….it didn't sit well with him.

"My guess is good as yours Ventus. I never heard about such place called Garliburg. Perhaps we should take a look in this library to find any information about that place."
