Just looked at the map again, and there's another reason to revisit Arrowroot that I noticed.

We totally missed that there's a gym there since we had to rush through the area last time.  Between that and the Fly HM, I'd say that's more than enough reason to return there.

There's also gyms in Elanor, Botanville, and Tumbleweed Town.
