I'll be sure to impress on my more Disobedient Pokémon the severe consequences if they recklessly use a HM Move without thought or prior authorization, so don't worry about that. I'll also keep in mind the....expectations and rules in place surrounding HMs, though, and promise they will be used most judiciously and intelligently. Is that acceptable?"

'Well, all that information puts constraits on my plans to inflate the price of Lavitar and Marowak to trade away from increase profit margins, but that just means I'll have to conduct those transactions in a more....private manner. Hmm....most likely in Corsage, given its a port town with a large influx of people entering and leaving it by various means, and that their is no doubt a large Black Market secreted away somewhere given all the trade that comes through. There's also the matter of covering my tracks and having back up plans in case things go awry...….yes, yes, that would work.....'
