Windos, I'm making a big deal about this because this could affect the whole group very, very negatively in the future.  

And I also think this should be a group decision since this is a group reward.  @Spiritmon, @Nylon, have any thoughts you'd like to share?

I remain adamant in my decision for the reasons I've described, and that is all I will say on this anymore to prevent pointless arguments and toxicity.

I agree that this should be discussed as a group, but I disagree with the notion to restrict a group reward IC or OCC, since that devalues it and limits how useful it is to the party as a whole. If other want to follow 'unofficial' rule of conduct with a group rewards, let them, but to those that don't, let them too.
