They surely have. ^^; I'll leave it to you whether he comes to her with the Apricorns, if she has enough Meteor Superconductor she certainly won't deny crafting some Balls for him (in case it wasn't clear, she can make them herself as I gave her a 4th point in Crafts Speciality in Atheneum, there is no need to wait for Arrowroot Village).
