With Speed Boost, Vilcard makes for a terrifying mixed attacker, while Ratfitti is just god like with Sketch Moves (Shell Smash + Sleep+ Plus anything = Dead Team). I just don't know what to choose....

And there the reason of this event pokemon have 6 Ivs. After make a team, its good to make breeding.
