A jeweller in Cress City or let Shiva sell it at the Violet Tent, no big deal.

It's a giant piece of valuable metal with Sarimanok's seal stamped on it (which is part of the reason it's so valuable).  I don't think Nathan's gonna want to sell it to just some random shopkeep.  This isn't something you'd just find lying around or would dig up yourself...there might be some questions.
