As much as Shiva may have wished to ran over, pluck Cottonee from the table, apologize herself and then make a U-Turn to her dorm again, now she seemed REALLY interested. This guy was totally friendly to her most dear Pokemon as it seemed and even pampered her with treats. Even if not roasted over a campfire marshmallows belonged to the tastiest things ever and being a partial fairy Cottonee happily dug in after giving him a thankful chirp and a ^_^-face.

Then she turned around and waved to her beloved Master, seemingly saying something like 'Look! This guy gives out sugary treats! Looooove!~'

This caused Shiva to perk up and flinch a little on the spot, but eventually she gathered her courage and CAREFULLY approached that unknown guy bearing the name of the earth if she heard it correctly.

Having arrived at the table, she gave this 'new guy' a cautious yet friendly look before she slowly looked away again. "That's..... that's my Cottonee, I'm sorry if she may have...interrupted you' she told him in a soft voice. "Eh... Good morning. A-and you are....?"

She also wondered whether she could pick up any feelings from him, did her empathic senses tell her someting worth knowing?

Terra seemed content and happy that the living ball of cotton was enjoying his marshmellows, but when they turned to wave at Shiva he naturally looked over in that direction and locked gazes with her.

In his eyes, Shiva would see....calmness, simple kindness and respect, and a certain.....wistful wanderlust faintly hidden behind the other feelings.

He was silent as she approached him and chattered about her....Cottonee and their intrution. So that was what this mysterious Pokémon was....and they didn't bother him at all. In fact, they were a welcome surprise, as they reminded him of his fae princess and gave him an opportunity to take a break from reading that portfolio. Ven's detailed and elaborate writing style was.....hard for him to understand, so taking a unexpected break was for the best, really.

After a moment of staring at them, they looked down and reached into the folder and pulled out a picture of Shiva and offer it to her, which depicted her and Cottonee resting on their hand; yet another secret snapshot taken by the eccentric researcher. Quite the sneaky bugger when he put his mind to it, eh?

"Shiva? My name is Terra. Terra Sanaa Ismat. Nice to meet you and the fluffy one."

He then looked at the Cottenee at her arms and back at them, and said "Can you tell me about her? Never seen a Cottenee before, so I am curious."

It was as he said: he was utterly clueless about her fae cottenball, and you didn't need to be an empath to see as such and the curiosity written across his face.
