Once finished, she beckons Raphael to her side, having a carefully welcoming expression on her face. How is the archangel doing and how does he react to HER being the one having summoned and feeded him? Ven said he knows, but....

Yes, he understood that this would happen. He seems a little disappointed, more than anything - not in Shiva, you understand, but that Ventus didn't reach redemption under his care. 

He shakes himself, and you can see he's decided there are some things he can teach Shiva as they journey together.

Seeing the serene archangel hanging his head and his wings alongside this brimming sadness almost caused Shiva fall back into the gloomy and 'I-miss-you-already'-mood from earlier this morning, but she shook her head, strengthened herself and carefully reached out to stroke through Raphael's headfeathers. "Oh Raphael... It's not your fault that....you know. He tried, we both were there to help him and we both ALSO know that he's a good person at heart. It all simply became too much to bear for your father, but know and trust in me that we will see him again... Not too soon, but one day we WILL. I promise this to you. And to me."

A sigh escaped her, but she also smiled. "Have faith in me that I will try to be a good caretaker and friend for you until then, will you? Give my own Pokemon, your new companions, a chance. They're very different from Ventus', yes, but I'm positive that you'll get a long just fine. Allow us two to have and win epic battles, to do better than on the cruise in Corsage Port. I may not...have the time to have you with me always like Ven, but please don't begrudge me for that." The sensation that he wants to....teach her some things (!!) instantly increases Shiva's desire to have the archangel with her as often as possible, and she gives a light nod to him to express that she's all willing to learn.

"Listen now... I'm having some business today here and in Stair City, do you wish to accompany me outside of your Ball? I plan to get going in maybe an hours or so, I'd like to get to know you a little better and for you to get used to me more. How does that sound, Raphael?"

Yeah! That will be fun. Raphael hopes you'll get to do lots of things together, and he wants to help distract you from your sorrow.
