Reiner just shrugs in response.  He's ready to get some more sleep.  Though he'd very much like to not have his personal space intruded upon this time...

Probably about time we got started on the next day, right?

(Indeed it is, mates!)

After you finished/gave up on checking to see if Kyubi was really alright, you climbed right back into bed and soon drifted off to sleep. Whether or not peaceful dreams or unsettling nightmares will great you in your slumber after today, or simply enjoying some dreamless sleep, though....well, that is another matter entirely (Dragonstrike, you can decide if he dreams, nightmares, or not, and I'll right something appropriate for each!). Your fiery vixen (just thinking of her is such possessive terms probably discomforted you greatly) soon followed suit, keeping a respectful distance from you as she got comfortable in bed.....for now, anyways.

However, she didn't fall asleep just yet. She pretended like she did, though, and only after she was dead certain her Master wouldn't awaken again did she lean up and turns towards him, looking at the man she loved with......shame and sadness.

"....…I can't tell him the truth. About....that. He would only blame himself for...what happened if he remembered, and he already has so much to worry about..."

Kyubi reached forward to brush Reiner's hair , looking both forlornly and affectionately at the man that meant everything to her now.

"....I can keep this a secret from him. No....I must. Mr. Mime....he can help me. He's smart and can do anything here, and if...if they are one of Old Kyubi's closest friends....he won't refuse. I...I don't want to use him that way.....that's sounds so wrong...but....I don't want to pain my Master even more...than.....I already have...…"

The kitsune lasped into heavy silence as she came to her Decision, before leaned down and gave her Master a secret kiss on his head, and carefully crawled out of bed, padding silently to the door, and, after one last ashamed but.....resolute look at Reiner, quietly left.

Reiner, being deeply asleep, didn't hear any of that.

However, what she said did not go unnoticed by you , a certain otherworldly dragon that was viewing the scene with.....uncertain reservations, as her glowing red eyes were visible on a mirror that overlooked the whole room before they vanished, and a ravishingly handsome and ultimate god of darkness, who is...…….left reminiscent by this turn of events.

Ah.....pure, unfettered love. It makes us all do the strangest things, doesn't it Dragonstrike? The strangest, most awful of things....

I let out bone dry, humorless cackles at my comment, before I faded away back to wence I came, and continued to Plan.

Archer's Notes: For the record, I am taking over reviewing Mr. Arendse's progress for Friday, due no other Executive being available to handle this paperwork. I would rather have spent this time with my other duties, but the Boss ordered this, and his will is to be obeyed despite my preferences. Glory to Team Rocket, and our Boss....
It appears that Mr. Arendse finances have fluctuated wildly this day, before they settled below half the required amount to meet his quota. This would have been a greater concern, as he would only have one day left to compensate for such a....drastic spending spree, but since he as already fulfilled his almost all the other mission objective the Boss laid out for him, this is a concern that can be overlooked. If he manages to meet his Poke Quota, all the better for him and Team Rocket.

Pokémon Gained/Lost
1. Shellder/Cloyster (Value 1): From what I could tell, they have disappeared from the Rocket PC network, and have been registered as 'Dead'. I will assume they were a casualty of Mr. Arendse's battle with his cousin. Considering that he managed to eliminate Blackthorn City's strongest defender and confiscated all her Pokémon for re-education, benefiting Team Rocket and himself greatly, their loss is insignificant.
2. Clair Arendse's Dragon Pokémon (Total Value: 13 [2 for each except Garchomp, which is worth 3]) : From what Mr. Arendse reported, these Pokémon will be extremely Disobedient and incredibly dangerous, so I have made the personal choice to leave them in his care to re-educate them until further notice. If he fails or the Boss decides differently, they will relinquish them and I will handle the matter.
3. Ferrothorn: From what I learned and later confirmed with Erika, he received this Pokémon as payment for dealing with a 'personal' matter from her, and was quite....firm in telling me that it was to remain in his possession and not be confiscated by our Boss. Unfortunately I was unable to persuade her otherwise, and after conferring with the Boss, it was decided the Mr. Arendse would be allowed to permenantly keep them, among other Pokémon that will not be discussed at this point in time. Its not ideal, but if its part of the cost of having Erika under our control, so be it. Besides, its as the Boss said : 'Reiner deserves fitting bonus, as Team Rocket's newest, most interesting Executive."

Mission 3: No comment. Mew is firmly under control of Mr. Arendse, and will remain that way for the unforeseeable future.

Mission 4: Valarie and his insufferable granddaughter have gone to ground in the last few days of the Flower Festival, and have evaded detection by all of our agents and Mr. Arendse. The Enigma has already been taken care of by them, but that grand daughter of his....she needs to be cowed. Hopefully Mr. Arendse will no be so merciful with her, as they are dangerous nuisances to Team Rocket and the Boss that need. to. be. taken. care. off. PERMENANTLY.

Mission 5: Thanks to Mr. Arendse's efforts, we have successfully brought Erika into Team Rocket and under our command. This will mark the fourth Gym Leader that has joined or been inducted into Team Rocket, not counting our esteemed boss. With her, we have majority control over the Gym Leader Circuit and the most powerful trainers in Kanto, and we can begin to fully consolidate our power in not only Celadon, but begin to make plans to take over the remaining cities. I can say with full honesty that this is a grand day for all of Team Rocket, and that both me and the Boss will be forever pleased and greatful that Mr. Arendse....Reiner has accomplished this. Our first city will we conquer will no doubt be Blackthorn, as they have expressed extreme interest in seeking vengeance against his people's Elders and have no Gym Leader to help defend them. All I can say to this.....is just how wonderful it is. Yes, wonderful indeed...

It is now Saturday Morning

Waking up, and probably to your complete non-surprise, you find Kyubi flaggerantly ignoring your personal space, only this time she's sleeping on top of you instead of just clutching your side like a stuffed Teddieursa. Its....quite snug, but surprisingly you didn't feel any (physical) discomfort from this cuddle bug of a fox woman. Her head was resting on your chest, looking.....peaceful as she quietly slumbered.
