That indeed more than does the trick, as your kaa-san almost snapped her hand containing the Pokeball right at you as she whirled around to confront that odd yet strangely familiar voice, her face perfectly composed yet her eyes hard as diamonds and filled with fire....!

…which was all immediately erased as she found herself staring right at you, an expression of pure surprise, disbelief, and yet....a certain amount of desperate hopefulness as she slowly began to realize what was happening too...

"......My little dragon? ….Reiner? Is that.....is that really you? This....this isn't just some.....dream of mine...……?"

Her voice was the barest quaver as she continued to stare at you, her empty hand involuntarily making the motions to move up and touch your face, as if to try to dispel this crippling uncertainty that swaddled her, and allow herself to let herself feel the almost visceral joy and relief flood her at finally being reunited with her son at long last.....!

Do you let her? Or do you have something else in mind to prove that this wasn't just any old dream of hers?

Yeah, Reiner lets her.  And then subsequently hugs her for the follow up to seal the deal.

"...yeah, it's me.  And that's you...heh...damn this strange, strange week...heh heh...dreaming the same dream and being able to talk to each other during it...oddest thing to happen so far, let me tell you..."

"...yeah, it's still a dream, and it'll be back to our daily lives when it's all said and done...but I'm still not gonna let that stop me."
