[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole

If Terra's Pokemon are all healed, it needs to be near the end of the day when you get to the Ruins after having them in the Healing Machine. And the ones that fainted should minimize fighting until they've had an overnight rest.

(They are all healed, and only Lovely and Basteele didn't Faint in that last fight [Technically in Basteele's case], so does that mean we have an Encounter's worth of time before we entered the Skull Ruins? )

Basically means you fast-forwarded to the final Encounter of the day.

(Ah, I see. Guess that means Terra only has Two Encounters today then! Fine by me!)
