Eh, but the only Pokemon with Drought available is Mega Archilles... and both Mega Archilles and Flareon suffer a huge Water weakness. Yeah, true, that bright sun reduces the power of water-typed attacks, but still... I prefer not to waste a turn to use Sunny Day.
