Reiner raises an eyebrow at Arial's actions.

"At ease for now, Arial, and finish your breakfast.  We've got work to do later, so we best be ready for that."  [Eep.  This is quite a lot of pressure I wasn't expecting...]

Speaking of getting ready...Reiner's got another person he needs to contact this morning.  This time via text.

Angelica, how'd things go last night?  What's the scoop on that explosion situation?

Whenever the food arrives, he'll also let Ridia and Poe out of their pokeballs.  Probably quietly sigh as well when he releases Poe.  "...sorry about last night, Poe.  It takes some getting used to, being around Kingdra.  Known her for most of my life, so...yeah.  On a different note, though...I've got some good news for the two of you.  I'm closer to figuring out how to evolve you both.  Or, rather, I know how to evolve you, Ridia, and have a clue about how to evolve you, Poe.  Didn't think I'd gain that knowledge that quickly, but I'm certainly not going to complain about it.  Care to hear what I learned?"

The normally foolish man gave you a sharp nod before promptly sitting right back down and finished devouring his breakfast with all the gusto and speed of a Inflageth. It was the most important meal of the day, and he wanted all that he could stuff down his gullet before he was called into action!

Unlike a certain consummate thief, your loyal friend/ovelry loyal minion/WAY too loyal worshipper responded to your message ASAP, first typining to you "Good morning, sir! Glad to hear you're okay! ~ ^ u ^ ~ ", before quickly getting to the juicy details. Apparently, between her efforts and the TR plants , the police had ruled that what happened was the results of two unknown Pokémon firing off Hyper Beams at each other, but had no clue as to WHO set that up, or HOW and WHY that happened. The police were growing increasingly Alert and more agitated by the repeated 'attacks' or dangerous people prowling the city, and were soon going to start cracking down HARD once the Flower Festival wrapped to a close and things more or less return to 'normal', or sooner if yet ANOTHER 'big event' took place. Talk about a powder keg situation waiting to go off!

As for your and the fluffy foxes, breakfast was wheeled in around 15 minutes later by the psychic butler, laying out two bowls of gorment Pokechow with sliced up exotic berries in it for the Eevees, and for you he set a silver serving trap + dome in front of you (assuming you are seated at the table) and revealed what's underneath the cover with a flourish:



"For your breakfast, the finest steamed and seasoned rice in the Tohjo Rejion, served with smoked Finnion, tofu and miso soup, and strawberries imported from Unova. Enjoy, Mr. Arendse."

Both Brother Dearest and Sister Fiercest greatly enjoyed their morning breakfast, though the former briefly shied away from you for a little while until you fully explained yourself. Then, he was all smiles, cuddles and heart melting looks as he crawled into your lap for some grooming/TLC, though it was without a noticeable amount of his regular joy. Seeing those two Kingdra try to blast each other to smithereens REALLY unnerved him, huh...

Ridia was ESPECIALLY interested in the news of you discovering her Dragon, looking up at you with a fierce expression as her tail wagged furiously back and forth, like she was ready to pounce and claw the answers straight out of you! Poe, meanwhile, was mildly intrigued himself, but he seemed more content with eating his breakfast and being petting than Evolving right now. That, and he still has plenty on his mind as to where exactly he feels about you after last night...
