Uh oh...what the heck did you do to Acceleration?  I don't like the sound of this...

Triple Movement Speed, Has Automatic Access to the upgraded 'Super Evasion', Always Goes First, + 2 Damage to 'Speed' Based Moves, which are added after Damage Calculations are done, DEX can substitute the 'Root' of any Roll  that requires 'Speed' or 'Movement' , and all 'Speed or Movement Based' Surprises! Cost are reduced to 1/2 their original value, which include DEX Increases , Delta Moves, Auto Dodging etc.

Essentially, Inflagetah and any Pokémon that can get Access to this Ability is a Speed Demon capable of doing some SERIOUS damage, and will ALWAYS go first. Reiner is either going to HATE fighting this enemy, or going to be REALLY happy to get one for himself!
