There should be some time for buying some items, yes.
It's not nearly as big of a concern for Arial, so you probably don't have to worry about it as much.

This is something I must agree. Arial main goal it's not exactly become a Admin. To much responsibility, and that position it's not sonsometh who would fit in the persona of the madman. He is satisfied in be Reiner bodyguard, mess things a lot, and be a goofball criminal.
But the first one Reiner will not need. After all if Reiner become a Admin he will have influence to dismiss Arial and find another bodyguard. Unless he wants to have the mad rocket around him since there is no other Rocket who have a living Nuclear Reactor under control and is the Cursed Arm user of TPK.
Although Reiner will probably betray Team Rocket, and Giovanni will have to send hunters against him, with is probably include Arial. And since Arial have no choice but obey the boss since Arial know very what Giovanni is capable of since he fight against him many years ago before joining Team Rocket. There only a few things who can really scare the madman: Zurik, Miltanks (don't ask long story) and for last Giovanni.
