Possible endings for Arial are as follows:
I'm bad, I'm BAD! : Remain a Team Rocket Grunt, and most likely get some small promotions to higher positions for his troubles. Same pros and downsides of Reiner's corresponding option, so I won't elaborate on this one.
FULL RENEGADE, BABY!: Join up with Reiner on rebelling gainst TR! See Reiner's choice Problems to see what could go wrong!
Fuck this Shit I'm Out!: Just flee the city, with or without Riza.
Those are pretty much all the options that Arial has, short of creating ones of his own. As for an sequel.....probably not right away. Need more time to iron out those details , and take a nice long rest from THIS story....
