One shot, one kill. The abilities its something similar to Mamudo Eclipse, who have accuracy. Also, cant we delay just a bit the Nuclear Factory mission just a bit? At least until Riza find the Steel bug? I would feel more prepared and safe with a extra Steel pokemon. 

It's worse than M.E.  M.E. still has to roll damage, and has to compromise its crit chance to maximize that.  MDFM is just a straight up one shot kill, no rolls required, so the wielder doesn't have to do anything fancy to maximize the potential damage.

No.  Reiner is on a veeerrry tight schedule here.  He can't afford to wait.  IMHO, Riza would be fine with the bugs she has already (Shedinja is even immune to accumulating Rads already), and we could use the extra trainer immediately waaay more than she needs a Steel type that'll take her too long to find.
