A Savage Dragon's Emergence - Lugia's Theme (Pokemon Soulsilver)
This evolution isn't quite over, however. There's also two other things that happen before it's finalized:
- First off, Ridia's evolution Surprise! Between the 3 options, I imagine Ridia wants to be stronger and gain +1 Strength, yes? Reiner wouldn't complain if she'd rather be more Dexterous/Lucky instead, though.
- Second, her other new moves! In addition to Rend/Serration, now she knows Dragon Dance, Extreme Speed, Yawn, and Roar. However, there's two more random eevee egg moves for her to learn still! (Not including Detect, Covet, Curse, and (quite amusingly) Tickle)
