With that 5 XP, Metalynx have 30 XP...Windos how much XP I need to teach Protect to Melchior and Zeus? Or Frenzy Plant for Melchior? In level of power, Frenzy Plant its the most powerfull STAB move a Metalynx can learn. 150 of power in the game data.

I think Frenzy Plant, Draco Meteor, and other highly specialized, Tutor exclusive moves are probably just most appropriately relegated to being Plot Deviced in how they're learned due to the various restrictions on teaching them.  But that's just my opinion, I suppose.

For reference, Frenzy Plant is 6 Power in the book, same as Hyper Beam and its other variants.
