Well knowing that the weather would change drastically here in the savannah the moment Shiva would summon dear white Vulpix, she could now only chuckle in amusement over the pieces of ice raining down and over Terra's befuddlement as she pulled out an elegant looking black pocket umbrella to protect herself from being hurt.

Before she could really answer though, the fox herself already gave an answer to the wandering monk by taking a mildly offended stance and avoiding the electric wolf's obvious playfulness, all to say 'Of course I am letting it hail, fufufufu!' My creation, look at it!!


This arouse more joy from the fae enthusiast as it was just adorable to see, but maybe she was just trying to hide her being afraid of that big and bulky Foretress on Terra's side. "She does, yes, thanks to a particular rare Ability! I didn't found her here in the region though, she was a trade and actually orignates from islands faaaar far away where Vulpix are Ice instead of a Fire Type." Halting a moment to look at Terra with a serious and almost painfully neutral expression, she continues in a lower voice:" Please do not call her a Delta due to that. I don't like that. .....*cough* Still a cutie! I hope you thought to bring protection against harsh weather, or don't you mind it at all...?" Dumb question, if remembering that he's fine to sleep on bare ground that bit of hail was probably nothing to him. Or is it...?

Lilith herself doesn't seem to mind the weather too much, she mostly stays calm and focused and gives that Manetric an appraising look from above before it wanders to Foretress, then back to Manetric. Weird dog.

Melly was hardly deterred by the cold shoulder treatment given by the fluffy white fox, letting out a eager and energetic *Bark!* as they crouched low to the ground, tail wagging furiously as she was raging to play play PLAY with her opponents! She didn't recognize either Pokémon facing off against her, but that wasn't going to stop her from having fun and winning the battle for her master, nope~! Time to shock their world, *Bark!*

Basteele, meanwhile, didn't seem to give a damn about Lilith as they glared balefully at the fortune teller, besides the fact they were her opponent, and that they were going DOWN! However, towards A-Vulpix she had a completely polar opposite reaction towards, twisting/turning towards them to give them a happy eye smile and a couple of *Thuding!* hop in greeting! Oh, that's an Ice type she's facing? Sweet! Its been awhile since she's had the pleasure to meet one, so she's CERTAINLY going to enjoy getting to know them better! 


Unfortunately, this time it involve crushing them flat, but maybe latter a more peaceful meeting can be arranged? She can only hope, but for now its focusing on WINNING FROM HERE ON OUT!!! Sorry foxy whitey, but thems the breaks!

...Well, that's an unusual reaction, but moving on!

Terra appeared equal parts enlightened and further confused, and the sudden frigid tone/message she sent him didn't do any favors making him feel more 'at ease' with how things were developing... 


"Oh. Hmm....that sounds like a.....cool and very useful.....trait for that.....not Delta Vulpix. …But why isn't it a Delta Pokémon? Nathan explained them to me yesterday, and an Ice Vulpix…sounds like it would be one, if the.....spe….spe…..Pokémon's regular type is Fire and has another ability different to this one? Sorry for asking......but I'm confused by this.... (…) ...Ah, and Hail doesn't bother me....unless I'm....directly in it."

The question is asked with a great deal of trepidation/hesitation on the simple monk's part as he , as even a social dunderhead such as he could tell that this topic was a sensitive one for the fair lady. However, he was thrown for a loop by the contradiction Shiva presented enough that he felt it necessary to clarify the matter for himself, no matter how hazardous it could/would be for their fledging friendship.
