Electric, Ground, and Grass types take no damage/minimal from that Terrain Combo if I recall correctly, and Flying/Levitating types are entirely immune since they don't make contact with the ground, so it isn't TOTALLY unusable. Just takes the right setup and careful management, really!

*stares at Reiner's list available pokemon*

Ah yes, a whole four of Reiner's pokemon work spectacularly with that combination.  

- Raijin, who has to seriously worry about Rads
- Adam, who will be extra Pained in the Rain despite losing her weakness to Fire
- Rhyxemplar, who doesn't really benefit at all from either field condition
- Mew, who has to use Reflect Type or Transform to even work with this combo at all

No Flying types (unless Yang evolves) or Levitate users in his ranks.

Yang as is still at least resists the Electric damage and benefits from both field effects though, I guess?  Ridia resists it too, but no real benefit for her other than that atm.

Yup, great combo.

...and we'd have to worry about tazing the human characters, too.  Extra fun.

Hmm...

- Zeus can handle with no big problems since he is Electric so no big deal about it.
- Melchior is cool too since he is a Grass-type.
- Airmid will have big problems since any SE damage is double...
- Gaspar would might escape if he transform into a Flying, Ground, Grass or a Eletric Pokemon. Like Metalynx or maybe a Pajay like he did when Arial sneak out from the Hotel remember?
- Asura would be double-edge sword. He could raise his strength if he received damage from the terrain. But he would be vunerable against Nuclear damage.
- Baltazar would have difficult against the Terrain and Nuc attacks... unless he could use Magnetic Rise. Since it's a move who make a Pokemon have abilities to become imune to Ground attacks like Flying/Levitate users, in theory this would make him Levitate from the Ground to not be affected by the Eletric Trap. At least this is what I think.
- Sekmet I don't need to say much. Glass-cannon who received SE from any other move-type except Nuclear.

The Eletric Terrain would be a Trigger for Arial ability masoquist...but considerably last battle of nucmons I prefer to refrain myself from suicidal tactics.
