Staggering Wide Guards isn't a bad idea, though.
Weavile's 'multi-hit' attack is Beat Up. Works a little differently in pokerole. He attacks with a 2 power move, and up to 3 others can help him with it, adding 2 more damage dice per helper. The catch is it costs an action to help, so it's difficult to pull off. Great for doing large damage if the helpers have nothing better to do with those actions or are moving later in the initiative order than the Beat Up user, though.
Weavile's also a Dark type, however, so not sending him out would be preferred, just like with Raijin.
If Poe's out, he needs to absolutely not be in any real danger, or Ridia will throw a fit. Wide Guard could definitely help with that, though. And he can do more than use HH. Charm, Fake Tears, Tail Whip, and Growl are all extra potent debuffing moves on him.
