Clear out the Growlithe first, and the Arcanine will be at a numbers disadvantage.  I think going head on against one group and hoping for the best might be our best bet."

Reiner does have one change to make before engaging these Arcanine.  Namely, swapping Kingdra's SDF for the Divine Water, which also triggers Swift Swim!  That'll be far more useful in this instance.

Reiner has Kingdra and Yang ready for this assault on one of the groups, with Mew in the background just in case.

[There is one Arcanine per pack of Nuclear Growlithe and they patrol/reinforce each one, so your plan will not work. Sorry for not making that clearer, mate.]
