Just a question Windos: Is there any way to Proton or Petrel enter in contact with someone to purify Gyarados from his Nuclear state?

A Hazma can use Expunge to DeCorrupt a Pokémon, which restores it entirely to whatever base form/stats it has. However...its not exactly safe to do so unless you Train that little bugaboo to preform that reversion safely, which is XP costly.

Well we are inside a Nuclear Facility. And Hazma is atract to place with high levels of nuclear energy. Maybe we can find one.
