[Alright, gave myself a few hours to cool off and alter the the strategy slightly]

"Bah, they split up.  Hit the Growlithe groups first!  The less damage we take while fighting these 6, the better!"

Spending 30 exp to raise Dex by 1!  Yeah, I can still do that, and it does still change things somewhat favorably by itself since Yang and Reiner still move up in the initiative.

New Default Initiative Order:
- NGA (14, 5 Dex)
[b]- Kingdra (13, 6* Dex)[/b]
- Dragonair (10) and [b]Reiner (9, 4 Dex)[/b]
- NGG A (9, 3 Dex)
[b]- Yang (8, 4 Dex)[/b]
- NGG B (8)
- Lindworm (7)

And then Reiner uses a dose of Turbo (which empties one of tge two containers he has)!  +1 Dex and +1 Accuracy for multiple actions for the next 3 Rounds!  But there will be drawbacks afterwards...  That'll shift the initiative again to what I had listed previously: Kingdra, NAG, Reiner, Dragonair, Yang, NGG A and B, Lindworm.  Looks like the Rare Candy gets to be saved for another time after all.

Kingdra's Actions:

Bubble x5! (Target Priority is NGG A, NAG, NGG B.  If there's only one target remaining, use Brine/Bubble Beam instead, whichever is more powerful in the current circumstance)
Accuracy: 7* + 5 + 3 + 1 Turbo - 5/6/7/8/9 Actions = 11/10/9/8/7 D6
Damage: 2 Power + 3* Strength + STAB + DW + QE = 7 D6 Base + 2 Damage
Effect: -1 Dex (1).  Hits two targets simultaneously.

Yang:

Twister x4 (Target Priority is NGG A, NGG B, NAG.  If there's only one target remaining, use Aqua Jet instead)
Accuracy: 5* + 5 + 3 + 1 Turbo - 4/5/6/7 = 10/9/8/7 D6
Damage: 2 + 3* + STAB + SE = 6 D6 Base + 1 Damage
Effect: Flinch (2).  Hits two targets simultaneously




Reiner's fully expecting Kingdra to be a target.  So Reiner also preps a Super Potion if Kingdra drops to 6 HP or less!



And if there are leftover actions...Yang can spend his on Rain Dance, then Dragon Dance.  Kingdra can spend hers on Dragon Dance, then Focus Energy.

Nuclear Growlithe Patrol Battle Round 1!

Kingdra The Dragon Queen of the Sea surges onwards despite the Intimidation of the Nuclear Arcanine, and lets loose a seemingly unending torrents of:

The Nuclear Arcanine, its immediate subordinates, and ALL other NGs IMMEDIATELY notice the WATER TYPE MOVE and their focus zeroes in on the source, all of them staring her down and causing the raging dragoness to cringe/internally scold itself for such a STUPID stroke of misfortune.

However, the group doesn't attack her, much to her surprise and your surprise. 

No, instead Arcanine and its two Growlithe begin channeling their Fire element into warming the air to scorching hot temperatures around them......before releasing it on themselves!

Their internal flames fully stroked, The NGG A's pups rush forward and upchucks glowing green blobs of chemicals right at Kingdra!

The Ultimate Dragon and The veteran, seeing that his master's/ally's plan was quickly going arry, began generating bracing Draconic whirlwinds, before sending it at NGG A and B!

Yang's Twister ; NOTE: Yang's Twisters happen after Dragonair's, but that doesn't change anything at all by my count, since both make Twisters in sequence on separate Groups. Made yet another Initiative Mistake!

The Legendary Radioactive Beast lets out a serious savage snarls as Dragon Queen of the Sea falls, directing its Pack to ignore her and focus their efforts on the remaining Dragons, starting with Yang first since he was the fastest one left! They then leap forward at them, and brutally rack their sickly green glowing claws at him (Yang)!

The fog of war clears and rain begins to fall at the end of the Round, revealing that not only Nuclear Arcanine's Mini Group still remains and are Fresh as daisies, but that the Calvary had arrived. Both Packs joined together, and after a brief series of angry snarls, growls, and barks, they divided themselves up in a familiar formation: Three Nuclear Growlithe Groups with two members each (Now Termed C [Formerly NA's Growlithe], D, and E), and one Elite Nuclear Canine Unit, composed of the two NA and the new one's closest subordinate's!

Kingdra Burn 2: (2) Kingdra suffers 2 Lethal Damage from its Burn; -2/11 HP
Kingdra's Radiation Poisoning: Vitality - 3
