I'm back from my trip and ready to run some battles!

I found a bunch of wild mushrooms today, including edible chanterelles. Pics will go up later on Instagram for Phantom.

Ooh, I love mushrooms! Not eating them, but simply because they very interesting organisms to study and learn more about! Can't wait to see those pics!

Glad too hear that your trip went well too, mate! Anything interesting pop up on it?

I went to a session on bears and learned they are only pregnant for about 6 weeks! And you can make them adopt cubs by placing them in her den while she's hibernating. She won't know the difference ^_^

If you spend a lot of time outside it's worth learning some of the easier/safer edible mushrooms, including chanterelles! Find a local mycology club or expert to teach you. 

I agree with Phantom that chanties are great in almost any pasta dish.
