Nope! Mostly because he doesn't have access to them, so I didn't feel it was necessary to tell him and then get him hyped for nothing.
So it's applied after the moves' Rad values are halved? Or before? [Because (20 - 5)/2 =/= (20/2) - 5. One is 7.5%, the other is 5%. Speaking of which, remember to halve the Rads from the KOing Radioacids too]
Well, he doesn't have access to them yet. Could be something he could work towards if they sound appealing, after all.
