Surprises! could also include have Moves that are not typically found on a Pokémon, possibly becoming a Delta Pokémon (If they are inclined to become one/have a pre-requisite surprise), or some special quality that is hard to define/think of in convential Pokerole terminology/mechanics. All of these fall within the + 100 XP Range.
