"How pretty they are!~ Good find. I'll let you know in case they're useful, alright?" It'd be rude to ask what they need to talk about; unless it affects the whole group she's fine to not know things.
This also means that she's heading upstairs to dorm in the meantime to take a look at the plants and do what she wanted to/I wanted her to do in a more private setting. Delibird is also placed back into a Box of Bill's PC as she accepts Yena back at her person.
While obligatory dinner is served to her Pokemon (cookies, dried fruit and veggies that can be eaten raw), Shiva spreads these flowers on the table, which rather quickly caught the interest of Cottonee, Nightshade and maybe even Chi because orchids. Can she tell more about these plants Terra found with her high Insight and decent Nature, Iron? Anything is fine; name, possible usage, lore, quirks, whatever.

Shiva knows pretty much everything there is to know about these.
It's called a Battle Nasturtium. The red ones are for victory according to the Kimono Girls, as you already know. It's quite hard to keep them from cross-pollinating each other and changing color. Since this one is a wild variety, with the thorns and all that, it's even more miraculous this one is so pure red.
It can be used to soothe muscle pain and swelling, though it takes an awful lot of these petals to produce a usable amount of salve.
This flower was bred for Sarimanok's gardener, who you've heard of even in Unova. When you came here you've been slowly piecing together who exactly he worked for. The gardener is Kim Nao, who traveled the world before ending up at Sarimanok's court. He bred the Battle Nasturtium's in honor of Sarimanok's Legendary Trio, particularly its unknown Leader.
White Battle Nasturtium is considered useful because you can dye it the other colors. It's also the most easily crossbred, though.
It's not too picky about soil, but it needs a lot of nutrients, wherever it's planted.
