As much Heart dont like remember the day with his Clan, Sinnoh will always be his home. You can choose your friends, but you cant never choose where you born. Since Heart wakes so soon, maybe some training session sooner in that morning might help warm the body for today. As for choosing partners for training, Heart takes Typhon, Mudkip (since the young still needs some training) and finally the young Natu.
