You approach the Painted Door with your metallic fighters, all eyes peeled and sense primed for any danger or critical details on the prowl, or lurking in the gloom....
Arial's Perception Check! Insight + Survival + Alert + Bonus - Low Visibility/'Damaged' Surrounding (3) = 5D6 Dice
(3)(4)(4)(4)(3) 3 Successes!
The madman's keen sight is able to clearly pick up all the key details of the PD, despite the poor/nearly non existent lighting and macrebe surroundings! Someone's been eating their carrots!
- Upon closer inspection, what's painted on the door is actually the symbol for the medical cross that is used throughout the world by health agencies!
The sign above the doors, cracked and badly damaged as it was, sealed the deal as to the identity of the room: It was a Clinic! Hooray!
- Unfortunately, the doors are sealed shut and tighter than agrophobic Cloyster, and you correctly deduce the Clinic was closed off by High Grade Security Doors that must have been tripped by the Nuclear Crisis that happened hear at some horrible point in the past. Getting in by force would be virtually impossible, and would waste valuable time in trying unless you had a specific and/or clever plan in mind.
- On the bright side, you DO spot what looked like a damaged Keypad and an undamaged Card Reader on the leftside of the door. You try the Key Card you already have, but you get a negatory *Brrzzzt!* , followed by a statically and heavily distorted voice playing from some speaker hidden somewhere: "Accessed Denied: Security and Access Permissions Insufficient. Need LV3 Key Card or Passcode to lifted Emergency Doors and enter."
Huh. Well, looks like easy healing/medical supplies weren't going to come easy after all!

(Okay, I'll add Survival to the Roll! Seems reasonable enough!)
Reiner's Looting Roll! 10 Base Dice, - 3 Dice due to gloominess and the......chucky state most of the bodies were in.
(4)(1)(2)(4)(2)(6)(2) 3 Success = 3 Items! Doing Modified Pickpocket Roll to determine what Item Type and Specific Item you get!
Item 1: (6) and (15) You managed to peel a LV2 Key Card of a chuck of torso! Sweet!
Item 2: (1) and (20) Max Crit, doing Re-Roll of Item: (4) and (10) At first you thought you only stumbled upon a piece of silver foil....until you decide to inspect it further, and discover it to be a foil bag that contained Revive and a Sitrus Berry! Nice!
Item 3: (1) and (16) You find a Lum Berry.....covered and positively DRENCHED in gore and viscera for who knows HOW long. It'll still do the job, but its going to turn the stomachs of anyone that eats it....(User will have their Max HP temporarily reduced by 2 if a Carnivorous/Inorganic Pokémon, and inflicts a version of Poison that will not go away for a Macro Cycle on Non-Carnivorous Pokémon/Humans)
Amount of Poke Found: (36) Reiner finds $3600 Poke between all the corpses.
Overall, a decent (if disgusting) haul!
Meanwhile, Lindworm is diligently and meticulously searching the receptionist desk from top to bottom, doing his damndest to leave no file unflipped!

He eventually comes back and reports to Reiner, feeling rather.....disturbed and queasy as he let out a shuttering *Sigh*.
"I investigated the desk, and was only able to uncover the front desk and side hallway camera feed on.....the day that the containment breach happened. The video recording is pulled up on the main computer, but I.....wouldn't recommend watching yourself. It was.....unpleasantly messy, suffice to say."
