Just want to point out that yes, TPK should be QE against these bats. However, they likely all have Inner Focus, so they'll ignore the additional pain in that case. Still not useless since it will give Arial a massive Strength boost regardless, but definitely keep in mind that TPK is not incredibly effective in this battle without putting Arial in a rather risky position. (The gun doesn't do any actual damage, either, which you also have to keep in mind)
Also, what are your Ambush Round actions going to be? Melchior, Zeus, and Arial each get one, single action before any of the bats get to attack. You could use it to buff or get in some free damage.
