Problem is Melchior can't buff himself anymore because he already use Hone Claws and Zeus used Magnetic Flux to raise himself and Melchior in Defense power. Well, Zeus could summon. And buff moves don't stack with each other. Maybe I could summon the Electric Terrain as free action, use Melchior Iron with summon luck to Flinch the Crobat and them use Tobias to cause Pain. Unless there is other way?

Mate, I think you are overthinking things a tad. Just have your Pokémon attack anyone Target (Those Crobats are a nice Example....), and use Tobius to either do Body (For Power boost), Mind (For Confusion/Bad Confusion/Insanity), or Soul/Will (If you want to try and straight up OHKO via no Will) on another Target. It the Mind shot's case, Arial can freely spam it since he's already Insane, so it if you have nothing else useful to do with Tobius….
