Same interaction with Hail, which is as follows: For Ground Bound Foes, All Weakness of Electricity Moves is amplified, Steel becomes weak to Electric/Loses its resistence towards Ice (If not nullified by another Ability), Ground loses its Immunity and only becomes Resistant, and Grass and Electric loses its Resistance. Ice types gain + 1 DEX and Initiative while this Terrain combo is in effect. Colder a material is, the less resistence it has towards Electric charges passing through it!

Hmmm...might have been a good detail to ask about before I typed out orders, but ah well.  Everything worked out, so all's well, I suppose.

Oh yeah.....Frosslad would have been able to rocket up the Ini without Mega Evolving if I remembered to apply the Combo for it. My bad!
