You come to Hell's Peak.

Manectric gets there first, thanks to Quick Attack letting him travel much faster than Terra's normal trained speed. Once he arrives at the mountainous region, however, Genie makes better time.

Duskull has chosen a worrisome stretch of this single mountainous ridge. He's found the part where sharp stones jut up dangerously, many spiderwebbed with cracks or otherwise unstable. 

Unfortunately, Duskull moves very slowly in the daylight, and Terra has a theory that he'll try to stick to the darkest shadows among the rocks.

Terra doesn't lay eyes on Duskull, but he determines a great place with a vast overhanging spire. It's very dark and even a little chillier under this spire - perfect for a ghost. It's very stable, at least - your Ground type agrees.

But when get within, you hear a chuckle in the distance, and four Scraggy step out to block your way forward. Looks like you're going to have to burn an Encounter with these guys before you can renew pursuit.

The simple monk gives the four Scraggy the most flat and INTENSE glare imaginable as they block his path. He then makes a sharp gesture to Genie and Melly, causing them to pull closer in front of him and give their most menacing scowls/cruelest of smiles.

"Move. *Points to his partners* Or they will remove you. I will not ask again."

The lightning wolf body starts crackling with electricity as she bears her bloody teeth at them and starts *Grring* and *Rrrrowling*, and the impish dragoness simply grins as pebbles began to tumble down from Hell's Peak. Go on. Give them an excuse to hunt their sorry hides.

Order: Have Terra attempt to Intimidate the Scaggy in GTFOing without wasting an Encounter, and I will spend 6 XP to increase my Intimidate to 2. I have a 12D6 Dice Roll to scare those punks arse now! If that fails, Melly will spam Discharge 3 times per round (Terra should be far enough away/will take convenient cover from it), while Genie spams Rock Slide (Learned for 25 XP!) 3 times per Round. Accuracy Roll for both would be 6/5/4D6 Base Dice without Pain, - 1 Accuracy for Rock Slide (Which should be more effective on a mountain, for better or worse....). Damage for D. is 9D6 Base, while for RS its 8D6 Base; both have a 3D6 Chance Effect (Paralysis for D., Flitch for RS). Time to see if they show up, or shut up.

Intimidate: (6)(3)(3)(5)(5)(3) (2)(4)(1)(3)(4)(5) = 6 successes
They don't outnumber you enough to make a difference, but they are on home turf for +1 dice.
Scraggy: (4)(5)(1)(4)(6)(6) (1)(4)(1) = 5 successes.

The Scraggy look at each other, then suddenly move to the side and they all point in the same direction, where there's a forest of thick pine canopy.
