Gym Leader Tanuki vs Shiva Round 5

So now we have Spinda vs Spinda, both confused and with Tangled Feet Ability activated.
Mine had an Init of 9 while Tanuki's 11.
Her's at 2hp against my fresh one.


More chuckling when Spinda came out again. ^^ From the way it panted though, Shiva felt a little sorry for it - which she displayed for a moment by watching it before strengthening her posture. "Alright, Spinda... Take care and use these greasy tracks once more before they'll be worn out and....uh....smeared, copy whatever your foe does if you succeed before displaying your SECRET MOVE. But if you don't... Whine about it to hearts content. Understood....? Fine, go for it!~"


Actiosn depend whether the Athletics Check of 4dice succeeds or not. I don't know whether Pain would reduce the dice pool on this Check or not...?

If it suceeds

Accuracy Roll Copycat 1: Same as the last move the foe displayed, -3 Accuracy due to Tangled Feet but +2 if it is a Brawl move (Fake Out or Sucker Punch mostly)
Damage Roll: Also same.
Additional notes: Uh... Spinda's pretty decent at copying things.

Accuracy Roll Rock Smash 2: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 2 Brawl + 2 Bonus - 3 Tangled Feet - 3 Actions = 3d6
Damage Roll: 3 Strength + 4 power of the move, no STAB = 7d6 + 1 autodamage due to SE.
Additional notes: Has 5 CD to lower Defense by 1. Using this move should make sure that Spinda is forced out within this Round! (Hopefully...)

If it does not suceed

Accuracy Roll Uproar 1: 3 Dext  + 2 Fight + 4 Channel - 3 Tangled Feet - 2 Actions = 4d6
Accuracy Roll Uproar 2: 3 Dext  + 2 Fight + 4 Channel - 3 Tangled Feet - 3 Actions = 3d6
Damage Roll: 3 Strength + 3 power of the move +1 STAB + held Silk Scarf = 8d6!
Additional notes: No sleep for anyone within this Round.

Shiva closely watches over the scene... Hopes that things will go well. One moment Tanuki seems to be on the inside track, the next one she was, so exciting!~

If the first Action doesn't defeat Tanuki's Spinda, we'll spend the shortly-gained Will Point to make sure that the second Action hits, but ONLY if my Spinda has gained a Pain Penalization.
