Hitmonlee's Guide to The Cress Region has this to say about Ancestor Cave:

"A cave with some strange murals. No one is entirely sure what exactly they represent. I hear they're worth a look, but Fighting-types do not fare well in the cave, which seems to have a lot of very strong psychic energy. On nights of the full moon, or when the stars are particularly bright, I personally have witnessed feline Pokemon positively flocking to the cave."

"The cave is not deep, but it echoes strangely. There's no risk of getting lost, but make sure to bring a light source and some good battlers."

Delphox carries a natural light source with him all the time, and good battlers Shiva also has even! All's well.

After reading the entry with interest, Shiva smiles a little to herself, feeling that it's a good idea to join in visiting that cave among d Nathan and Terra, though for protectiveness she'll likely stick closer to the later.

Her senses also SCREAM 'Umbreon! <3 'at full volume within her mind, and Shiva fails to hold back a delighted 'Eeeekkk!' over that revelation! Drawing a small stylized Umbreon beside the entry, she's now looking a bit forward to tomorrow.

That's another fine example how her mood drastically changes if there's a trigger or something of her interest.

Though she wonders how high the chances of meeting one or any Eeveelution during the time they will head there are - well, she can always deliberately search for one of them, can she...?
