Frosslad just shrugged at your inquiry, as he couldn't help noticing/detecting the Mythical Being until now, despite his Ghostly senses. There were other pressing issues he had to focus on at the time, and given that Mew is very much well practiced in the art of stealth, could you blame him for being so surprised?
He did appear to be rather surprised and then deeply curious/interested at the mention of 'reviving' Alexandra, as dead coming back to life was typically reserved for Ghosts and/or Legendary/Mythical Beings, but he concedes to being recalled for the time being for The Revival Ritual. He'll find out what's that all about sooner or later, so he doesn't mind too much on missing on directly witnessing what's going down...
Speaking of Alexandria, I will now give a brief description of her appearance, since she's about to become relevant to the plot:
She's a rather short, slim, petite woman, approximately 5'3'' to 5'5'' feet high, and flat as a board, though it was hard to tell given the way she was 'sitting' in the chair. She was wearing a lab coat with long sleeves and that covered her legs all the way to the ankles, though you could see she was wearing cozy looking slacks underneath. On her feet was some penny loafers and thick black stockings, and she was wearing what appeared to be make shift gloves/mittens out of....spare clothing. She had platinum gray-blue hair like Steven (a rarity, like Blunettes and Redheads) that was done up in a braided bun, a light smattering of freckles over her checks, and a tiny mole just left and under her mouth, but above her chin. Her eye color is unknown, as they are closed, and I doubt Reiner would be too interested in 'disturbing' her to find out. Her...expression appeared mousy, and her complexation a pasty whitish, though you don't know if that is natural or the work of decomposition.
Overall, she appeared to be the stereotypical woman Lab Researcher, albeit on the small size and having an odd hair color.
Your near emotionless partner gave you a nod of her head, signaling that she was ready as her eyes started to glow that familiar, hauntingly icy blue of Power.
'Ready when you are, Reiner.'
With that 'said', you promptly released Tauros into the lab, hoping that Mew could successfully restrain it and not end up causing a parady scene of a bull in a china shop. Luckily, that wasn't even remotely a problem, for the ornery bovine could barely shake itself clearhead when she slammed them down to the ground with pure Psychic might, pinning them solidly in place as it started to Thrash around helplessly/angrily on the ground. Not having any of that, the semi-sociopathic Mythic proceeded to also bash its head against the floor several times until it stop its struggle and was rendered completely senseless, with her looking utterly bored and dispassionate while doing so.
A....bit much, but its still effective in keeping the normally raging beast 'placid' through the Ritual.
Finally, with him fully restrained, MEW begin the Revival Ritual. Since its already been descrbied in enough detail the last times it has happened, I'll omit describing the whole process, other than noting that she conducted it with MUCH more efficiency, and that the Tauros seemed to have been suffering even MORE than that past sacrfices of the Rituals. A side effect of her pseudo sociopathy, or is she just doing a 'better' job because she cares not for minimzing the BEYOND excruciating Pain Tauros was in? Who know, who know...
Once all the lifeforce was transferred into Alexandria and MEW did her job in making sure everything was fixed to working order, she (MEW) withdrew from them, her eyes dimming to their new regular dullness as she heaved a great big *Sigh* and hovered over to slump herself on your head/hat, huffing as she pinged you soon after, it being laced with tiredness.
'It is done. Now all we have to do is wait for the transformation effect of the Revival Ritual to kick in....'
As if on cue, soft white light erupted from the mousish woman, completely obscuring her for a minute and a half before it dispelled itself, revealing her new and improved form.
Similar to Mina, the changes to Alexandria were extensive. The first thing of note is that her skin had darkened considerably into a deep tan, and from little you could see it was hairier too (though no where near to the extent as Kyubi). Speaking of which, her hair had changed color into a dark brown (though you could see flecks of silver blue amidst it), and became shaggier looking to boot. Her physique had also bulked out considerably, her biceps visibly budging against the sleeves of her lab coat, and you could presumably extrapolate that this particular change affected her entire body. She also appeared to be a few inches tall too, but again it was hard to tell. The final and perhaps most prominent new features of hers, though, where the small pair of miniature grey/silver pointed horns she was sported at the very top of/above her forehead, and two grey metal studs, a small sized one embedded right in the middle of her forehead, and one that replaced her mole.
Overall, she was....well, basically a minotaur now, though one that favored her humanity FAR more than the Tauros in her. More simply/bluntly, she's on the opposite end of the Anthromoprhic Spectrum from Kyubi, but not quite as far/within range of either Emily or Mina.
'...*Sighs*….Won't this be a treat explaining what happened to her....and Lindworm. Perhaps I should have thought this through more first, before offering to Revive her, but what done is done....'
(Well put, Mew.)
Right now, she's (Alexandria) still unconscious, though judging by the light snoring sounds being heard from her, its from exhaustion/sleep rather than still being in a medicated/OD coma. Waking her up should be easy, but explaining everything will likely...not be.
Oh well, just the usual for you now, eh little drake?
Hehehehe….Interesting times you find yourself experiencing right now, while also in the middle of an already interesting quest. And quite the noble and macabre hobby you are cultivating too! If you keep reviving the dead like you have, though, Giratina might have to make you an Arbiter sooner rather than later to excuse your continued flagrant disregard of the laws of life and death! Not that will matter now, of course, or even in the near future, but.....hehehehehe.
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
