[Shut up, Zuryk.  In the middle of something right now, if you didn't notice.  I'm not in the mood for playing around with you right now.]

"And I believe explaining things is most certainly my job right now and in most of these situations.  And if she (is it Alexandria or Alexandra?) is going to believe what just happened, I'm going to most certainly need you to at least make a brief appearance."

Reiner cracks his knuckles.  "Welp, better get started."

A quick shoulder jostle oughta wake her up.  Reiner will then back up when she does...and wait to see how she reacts to a) someone else being in this frigid room and b) potentially realizing she's not dead.  Maybe.  She might just think she's seeing things at first, I suppose...

[Ah ah ah, temper temper, Dragonstrike~! All I was doing was offering some friendly neighborhood commentary! No need to chomp my head off for it~ And who are you to say you and little puppet are ever not eternally amusing me, or off doing an task of mine like the nice, good little servants you are? Like you are right now? Oh, that right: not anymore, and not for a long time yet to come ! HeheheheheHA! ]

[Oh, and its Alexandria, to answer for dear Windos. He can be so scattered brain at times, when he's not busy be the meddlesome individual he is. And thank you, Spiritmon! You certainly are more respectful that your fellow puppeteer,  and perhaps a good bit wiser too, hehehehe….]

'....*Sighs* That is to be expected, in retrospect. Giving her a mirror and calmly explaining things should be sufficient without me making a personal appearance, given she is most likely a rational individual, but if required, I'll show myself to lend credence to what happened. For now, I will be in my Greatball recovering, so please don't bother me for a little awhile, unless necessary....'

And just like that, she vanishes, Teleporting back into her capture device for a little R&R, or until if she has to make a reveal. That was blessedly easy!

You didn't even have to go over to shake her awake, for when you cracked your knuckles, the sharp popping noise was enough to cause the now bullish womn to let out a large *Snort!*, before she suddenly stretched her arms and let out a loud yawn, then started to rub the sleep out of her eyes. Though their was no telling what their former color (if any) were, they were now dark brown, as they blearly stared in front of her, her once blissfully happy expression now set in a sullen frown.

"Mmmrrrrr…five more minutes, before I have to.....hrrn. Don't....think about it, Alex. Just....ignore them. *Huffs* ...What was that noise, anyway? Sounded like the specimens were pecking at the door again. *Shakes head, and opens her eyes a bit more* ...No, that's not right. They usually grow or make more of a racket than that. It sound like.....popping? *Sighs* ...Did I leave the hot water bath again? Uh...likely so. That will be sodding hot mess to-"

Her words are abruptly arrested when she pans her head in your direction (where presumably the baths lay somewhere) staring at you with wide, stunned eyes.

You both then jumped when you suddenly heard someone knocking on the door, which was followed by the muted but unmistakable voice of Lindworm.

"Reiner? Are you alright? I've just finished.....my search, but I've been hearing....something going on in that lab until a few minutes ago. I assume you've been busy taking care of another one of those....beasts, yes?"

".....Help? It has....come? "

Thought faint, you could clearly hear Alexandria speak up after your fellow exile finished, causing you to look away from the door and at her once more, finding her cupping her mouth and staring at the door in what could only be described as a mixture of stunned disbelief and raw, naked fearful hope. She then turned to stare at you again, not uttering a single word.

"....Reiner? Reiner? Answer me.....please."

...Well, this has gone....differently than you expected it to. Only thing you can do now is push onwards.
