Oh... Well, you're right on it being a difference, But I actually don't mean the literal PokeRole-Pain in the means of a 'Pain Penalization' or 'Damage', more the figurative one that comes from being hit by the Flash: I've been blinded once at a parking lot by another car's headlights and it indeed HURTS the eyes for a while.
