Hariyama and Meowth could always apply Flitch guaranteed with Fake Out, and if held back its unlikely either will do enough damage to serious hurt P-Bulba. All it would take is just coordinating a Pokeball being tossed out right after/while its Flinched, which may or may not be possible. Iron, is it?

I hadn't thought of it before, but I'll say yes it is possible.

That won't count as a status, but the (1*)(1*) will apply to the Will roll, so it's just as good as a status.
