She's looking over to the Ball contaning the Ditto, to Umbreon and Eevee, then to Nathan. Very quietly, she speaks up to the latter: "Nathan.... You caught it. You already own a Ditto, if I remember correctly: One possibility is setting this exemplar free and letting them live her - or... or taking them all...."

"But, you understand why I would have the better use for a male Umbreon and an Eevee? I just told, you heard... What would you want to have for that Ditto? Please, tell me... "

"...they're asking you a question, right?  Well, first of all, what's your answer to that one?"

Nathan's not the only one on the spot here.  Even he can tell what Umbreon is asking Shiva.  And this is a rather touchy topic for sure...
