It was among a pile of Pokemon Cards I once bought at a local flea market some years ago. Who the heck was Tommy again though, which of your Pokemon carries that nickname?

Extreme Speed makes Raphael faster, but it also costs his turn, so I dunno if that helps.

It does/did help as it helped on my decision of actions, so thank you! Humm, and if a Will Point is spent on the Teleporting Action anyway, I guess the question whether Azumarill can help on that is rather pointless. Forget that one!
