You got REALLY lucky then! The former owner didn't know what they had, giving away a card like that! Tommy is the Meowth that Heart 'caught' for Terra. Right now he's either hiding somewhere in the cave or has escaped it, as Terra decided to let them roam around unsupervised since they were perfectly obedient, and it would be perhaps the last time it would get to explore its home.
