Don't really have an opinion on who you should teach Psychic via the TM @Dragonstrike, as it kinda depends on which 'Mon you want to train/bond/battle more with, which I cannot know. It's the reason why I usually don't discuss this either and prefer to think about it on my own. Your decision I guess!
