Carvanha sprays a passing Rattata with Hidden Power. It basically looks like a very concentrated Water Gun, so at least he's got a Canalize attack now!
As the grumpy Rattata stalks away, Nathan notices the rodent is leaving a watery trail behind with every footstep. She's been so thoroughly soaked she's leaving a shallow canal behind her!
Carvanha's Hidden Power
Canalize, Water, 1 Power
Causes enemy to leave a trail thick enough to let aquatic Pokemon be unhindered on the battlefield. (Works instantly, for simplicity's sake).
At your option, you may also Soak the target, which works like a Water version of Trick-Or-Treat. This only lasts one Scene though.
